Our Lisbon office is on the lookout for a dedicated QA Lead to join our team. If you're passionate about technology, innovation, and excel in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of QA professionals in the testing of mobile applications for public transport
- Test mobile apps and backend systems for our customers in Europe, with a focus on the German market, and the US, and report bugs
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to our mobile app development
- Oversee performance testing to ensure the app meets scalability and responsiveness requirements
- Conduct security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the security of user data
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for mobile app testing processes and methodologies
Our Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience:
- 5+ experience as a QA Engineer in mobile app development
- Previous experience in leading QA teams
- Knowledge in backend testing
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with mobile testing tools and frameworks
- Proficiency in mobile app testing, including usability, compatibility, and performance testing
- Languages: Fluent English
Bonus Points:
- Experience with mobile automation tools
- ISTQB Certification
- Knowledge in German language
